SUMMER PROGRAMS
Note: This is not a comprehensive list (i.e. there likely are other schools that offer these opportunities and there could be more opportunities at some of the schools already listed here)
Summer programs are amazing opportunities for high school students to explore their interests and build their resume. I recommend navigating this list with an open mind and prioritizing both the niche experiences and cost-benefit of any given program.
Additionally, there are TONS of great programs that are regional, i.e. only accept students in that city/county/state. Search both on and off this list that have additional programming that might apply to you!
HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAMS
Diversity-based summer programs are opportunities for students including, but not limited to: women, underrepresented minorities, first-generation, low-income, rural, and more. Some programs additionally emphasize an interest in students who work toward increasing diversity.
